Returns & Refund Policy

By placing an order with Walter Cookware, you agree to the terms outlined in this returns policy.
We aim to make every part of your experience smooth and transparent — including returns.

100-Day Return Policy

We offer a 100-day return period, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
You may request a return within 100 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn and with all original packaging and tags intact. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and detailed instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

If you are uncertain whether a product is eligible for return, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your existing item first.
Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Orders)

For orders shipped within the United Kingdom, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
As with our standard policy, the item must be unused, unworn, include all original packaging and tags, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
Because our fulfilment system is fully automated, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered processing.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@walterCookware.co.uk — we’ll do our best to assist if your order has not yet been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this returns policy, including that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
